all, you can register your new account at your convenience, anytime, day or

register your user name and account. By registering to use this system, you are
agreeing to the rules and policies set forth by the STATE OF ALABAMAfor use

Once you have registered to use e-Portal, you will receive your
new password automatically through your email account. This password is required so
you can access the e-Portal system. In order to complete the
online registration process for your new account, you will need to complete the
online Electronic Signature Agreement for use in submitting applications.
The e-Permit System requires your e-mail address in order to send you important
notices about application status and updates on your account. The State of
Alabama will not sell or share your email address with anyone who is
